Open the app, go to the app's top-level menu, and then select Send feedback. After that, contact Support or go to the Microsoft Authenticator app forum and explain the problem you're seeing and the steps you tried.

What is Microsoft Authenticator lock? App Lock helps keep your one-time verification codes, app information, and app settings more secure. When App Lock is enabled, you'll be asked to authenticate using your device PIN or biometric every time you open Authenticator.

Switch back to your phone and you'll see a notification for a new sign in. Go to the Microsoft Authenticator app. Tap Approve to allow it.
