Verify the digital signature on a signed email message
Open the digitally signed message. Look at the Signed By status line to check the email address of the person who signed the message. It isn't enough to check the email address in the From line—you want to verify who actually signed the message, not only who sent the message.

Create and add an email signature in Outlook on the web
You can add your email signature automatically to all outgoing messages, or you can choose to add your signature only to specific messages. If you use both Outlook on the web and Outlook, you need to create a signature in each.
