At the top corner of your screen, select Settings > Microsoft 365 settings, and select the Settings tab. Select Language and time zone and choose the language you want.

Use the Regional Settings page to change the time zone, language, and time format for Outlook Web App. You can choose from a list of available languages and date and time formats.

At the top of the page, select Settings and then select General > Language and time. In the Language (Country/Region) field, select your language. Select Save.

When you create a new meeting or appointment, Outlook for Mac uses the default time zone in your Outlook preferences for Calendar. If you want, you can specify a different time zone for an event as you are creating it.
