Changing your settings in Microsoft 365 for business or education
Sign in to Microsoft 365 with your work or school account. Click Settings to open the Settings pane and view your current settings. Choose a category in Settings, such as Theme, Start page, Password, or Language and time zone. Some Microsoft 365 settings, including display language, can't be changed by users in certain Microsoft 365 configurations.
