For technical support, go to Contact Microsoft Support, enter your problem and select Get Help. If you still need help, select Contact Support to be routed to the best support option. Learn how to manage your Microsoft account security info and troubleshoot verification code issues.

Select the arrow next to Human Interface Devices and then select HID-compliant touch screen. (There may be more than one listed.) Select the Action tab at the top of the window. Select Disable device or Enable device, and then confirm. If there's more than one HID-compliant touchscreen device listed, perform steps 2–3 for that one too.

Select Start > Settings > System > Sound. In Input, select a microphone to see its properties. In Input volume, make sure the blue bar adjusts as you speak into the microphone.
