From the Microsoft 365 home page select Install apps. Select Install (or depending on your version, Install apps> ). From the Overview page, select Office apps and on that page, find the Microsoft 365 product you want to install and select Install. To help protect your PC and keep it running smoothly, Microsoft recommends only installing apps from the Microsoft Store. You can choose where you can get apps from and if you want to see app recommendations when you try to install an app from outside of the Microsoft Store.

Make sure apps have access to the microphone. If your microphone isn't detected after updating Windows 11, you may need to give your apps permission to use it. Here's how: Select Start > Settings > Privacy & security > Microphone and make sure Microphone access is turned on.
