Sign in to a work/school account using a remote computer. Many apps allow you to authenticate by entering a code on another device such as a PC.

To check on the recall in classic Outlook. After submitting a recall request, usually less than 30 seconds later, you will get an email notification with the subject "Message Recall Report for message [original message subject]".
