Address Book in the light version of Outlook - Microsoft Support

Use the People page to create, view, and edit contacts, contact lists, and groups. Create new contacts from scratch, or add someone as a contact from their profile card. You can create a simple contact list for sending email to a group of people, or create groups for group-based collaboration.

Change the default Address Book - Microsoft Support
The Outlook Address Book is created automatically and contains the contacts in your default Contacts folder that lists either e-mail addresses or fax numbers. These contacts are displayed in the Address Book dialog box when you click Contacts in the Address Book list.
