Let users install the mobile apps for Office and Microsoft 365, then help secure the data with Mobile Device Management (included with Microsoft 365), Microsoft Intune, or the Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite. Your users can install and set up any apps included with your Microsoft 365 subscription on their Android or iOS devices.

Central Administration is divided into nine parts: Application Management, System Settings, Monitoring, Backup and Restore, Security, Upgrade and Migration, General Application Settings, Apps, and Configuration Wizards.

Each of your apps is presented by a card where you can view app details and manage app actions such as pinning, privacy controls and app uninstallation. Open Microsoft Edge. If the web application is a PWA, Microsoft Edge will prompt you with the possibility of installing the application.

In the Windows Security app on your PC, select App & browser control, or use the following shortcut: App & browser control. Smart App Control adds significant protection from new and emerging threats by blocking apps that are malicious or untrusted.

You'll find apps you've added, as well as any apps added on your behalf by qualified team members. Select Apps on the left of Teams. At the bottom of the Apps sidebar, select Manage your apps. Select the app you want to manage. You'll see a list showing where that app has been used recently.

If your org is using Mobile Application Management, Microsoft Intune Company Portal must be installed on the Portal prior to signing into Teams. Microsoft’s Mobile Application Management’s app protection policies allows you to manage and protect your org's data within an application.

Go to the Device access page of the OneDrive admin center. In the Mobile application management section, turn on Deploy this policy. Select Require Office 365 sign-in every 7 days. Click Save. For more info, see Control access to features in the OneDrive and SharePoint mobile apps.

When you try to run an app on Windows, Smart App Control will check to see if our intelligent cloud-powered security service can make a confident prediction about its safety. If the service believes the app to be safe, Smart App Control will let it run.

On the Central Administration website, in the Application Management section, click Create site collections. On the Create Site Collection page, in the Web Application section, if the web application in which you want to create the site collection is not selected, click the down arrow.
