There are two ways to tell the difference between work and personal files: In File Explorer, in the File ownership column, you’ll see the name of your organization. If you’re viewing a work website in Microsoft Edge, you’ll see a briefcase symbol at the top right of the page.

Share OneDrive files and folders - Microsoft Support
Copying or sharing unauthorized materials violates the Microsoft Services Agreement. Note: Recipients can only add shared folders to their OneDrive, not individual files. If you want the recipient to only see certain files, put the files in a separate folder first, and then share that folder.

Using Microsoft Launcher on Android
To do so, go to your work apps and open the managed Google Play store, which will have a small, blue briefcase in the bottom right corner. From there, find and download Microsoft Launcher.
