Compose your message in the box at the bottom of the chat. To open formatting options, select Format to the right of your message. When your message is ready, select Send or press Enter to start the chat. You can also start a one-on-one chat from someone's profile card.

Schedule chat messages in Microsoft Teams
Compose your message, then select Actions and apps . Select Schedule message . Choose the date and time that you'd like to send it from the pop-up menu. Click the Continue button. Select Send . Your chat message will be sent automatically at the time you set.
