Choose your language preference. Set the region, device language, and spoken language for your products and services.

To install a new language, Open the Language or region settings. Open settings. Select Add a language. Search for a language in the search bar or choose one from the list.

To reduce disk space requirements in Windows 10 and improve installation time, language packs have been split into language components and Features on Demand v2 (Capabilities). Language components include the user interface text for that language and basic Cortana capabilities.
