You cannot select more than one prepayment in the Apply Payment form when you settle a vendor invoice for a purchase order that has multiple prepayments in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Symptoms

Assume that you have a purchase order that has multiple prepayments in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. You create journal vouchers for the prepayments by transferring payment proposals. Then you create and post payment journals for the journal vouchers. In this situation, when you select more than one prepayment to settle the vendor invoice for the purchase order in the Apply Payment form, you receive the following error message:

The selected prepayments cannot be applied because the total amount to be applied is greater than the unpaid amount of the selected invoice.  Clear one or more check boxes and try again.

Cause

This problem occurs because the system only selects the first line instead of all the valid lines in the purchase order when the system initializes the tmpVendStandardInvoice table before you open the Apply Payment form.
