If your camera is unable to capture the QR code, you can manually add your account information to the Microsoft Authenticator app for two-factor verification. This works for work or school accounts and non-Microsoft accounts. The codes provided for your accounts aren't case-sensitive and don't require spaces when added into the Authenticator app.

Note: Before you can use Authenticator as a way to sign in, you need to download the app and have already added Authenticator to your accounts. Using Authenticator as a way to sign in If you have turned on passwordless, two-step, or multi-factor authentication for your account, use the following steps to sign-in:

Once you've allowed microphone access to your apps, you can change the settings for each app. In Microphone settings, go to Choose which Microsoft apps can access your microphone, and turn on apps you want to use with it. For desktop apps, make sure that Allow desktop apps to access your microphone is turned on.

If the OneDrive app doesn't launch or keeps crashing, re-install the app: Uninstall the OneDrive app by pressing and holding the OneDrive app icon. Tap the 'X' in the corner and then accept the confirmation message to delete it.

Note: To keep the Camera app from using the camera, turn off the camera completely. Drag the app to the bottom of the screen and hold it there until the app flips over. If you have problems with the Camera app after changing privacy settings, close it and re-open it.
