Tap Settings > Notification Settings and make sure Show notifications is turned on. Make sure your device is up to date, and that any other security apps (such as Microsoft Defender and Intune Company Portal) are also up to date. Make sure the device's Date & time are correct too. If you're using VPN, try disconnecting to see if the issue persists.

Windows 11. Your PC can run Windows 11 if it meets minimum (basic) system requirements. For information on basic system requirements and additional requirements for specific features, see Find Windows 11 specs, features, and computer requirements.

RAM: 4 GB. If your PC has less than 4GB of memory, there are sometimes options for upgrading to get additional RAM. You may want to consult your PC manufacturer’s website or with a retailer to see if there are easy and affordable options to meet the minimum requirements for Windows 11. Storage: 64 GB or larger storage device.

To switch the keyboard layout you're using in Windows 10, press and hold the Windows key and then repeatedly press the Spacebar to cycle through all your installed keyboards. (If this doesn't do anything, it means you have only one installed.)

To check if Windows 11 is ready for your device, go to Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and select Check for updates. Cloud files can exist locally on the disk or be available online only. To choose the conditions for when inactive files are made online only, under Content will become online-only if not opened for more than: choose your preferred amount of time. Note that starting in Windows 11, version 22H2, the default for OneDrive cloud files is to make files online-only if not opened for more than 30 days.

When Smart charging is on, you’ll see a heart on the Battery icon in the following places—on the right side of the taskbar and in Power & battery settings. When your hover over the Battery icon with your mouse, it says “Fully Smart charged” and means the battery isn’t charging even though your device is still plugged in.
