Select Allow extensions from other stores in the banner at the top of the page, then select Allow to confirm. Select the extension you want to add and select Add to Chrome . At the prompt showing permissions required by the extension, carefully review the permissions, and then select Add extension if you wish to proceed.

OneDrive is built in to some versions of Windows and can't be uninstalled. But you can hide it and stop the sync process, so it stays hidden. To do this, turn off all the OneDrive settings and remove the OneDrive folder from File Explorer.
