In the Outlook app (Outlook 2013 or Outlook 2016), choose File > Open & Export > Import/Export to start the Import and Export Wizard. Choose Import from another program or file > Next. Open an attachment in its original format. In the light version of Outlook, you can use Open as Web Page or Open in browser to convert and open several common types of attachments as web pages. To open an attachment in its original format, click the link at the top of the web version of the attachments.

You can either use an email address you own as a Microsoft account, or create a new address by choosing "Get a new email address" or "Use your email instead" when you sign up.
