Create a new workbook - Microsoft Support
A workbook is a file that contains one or more worksheets to help you organize data. You can create a new workbook from a blank workbook or a template. By default, a new workbook contains three worksheets, but you can change the number of worksheets that you want a new workbook to contain. You can also add and remove worksheets as needed.

Use Microsoft Translator in Microsoft Edge browser
If you open a page written in a different language than your preferred languages in settings, Microsoft Edge will automatically prompt you to translate it. The Translate icon appears in the address bar when you go to a web page that’s written in a foreign language. Create a template - Microsoft Support
Tip: To change where your application automatically saves your templates, click File > Options > Save and type the folder and path you want to use in the Default personal templates location box. Any new templates you save will be stored in that folder, and when you click File > New > Personal, you'll see the templates in that folder.
