The People view is your address book in Outlook where your personal contacts are stored and where you can open any address book that has been set up for your organization. You can either use an email address you own as a Microsoft account, or create a new address by choosing "Get a new email address" or "Use your email instead" when you sign up. Microsoft email addresses are not reused, so even if an account was closed a long time ago, you cannot create a new account using the old email address.

Select Add a language, add the unwanted language or keyboard, then select Next > Install. After the language or keyboard is installed, select More > Language options > Remove. Note: The last keyboard for a language and the default input method can’t be removed. The default input method is based on the order of the language list in Settings.

Note: If you receive a prompt asking whether to allow the app to access your camera (iOS) or to allow the app to take pictures and record video (Android). select Allow so the authenticator app can access your camera to take a picture of the QR code in the next step.If you don't allow the camera, you can still set up the authenticator app as described in Manually add an account to the app.
