Make sure the Store account reported in the Xbox app for Windows is the account used to purchase your Game Pass subscription. On PC, the Store account is used device-wide for purchasing and ownership, including access to Game Pass benefits in the Xbox app for Windows. It might be different than the one you usually use with Xbox.
