If you have Visio Plan 2 or a non-subscription version such as Visio Professional or Visio Standard 2021 , 2019, or 2016 you can install and use the desktop app. If you have Visio Plan 1 the only way for you to access Visio is via the web app version. Use System restore to make restore points when you install a new app, driver, or Windows update, and when you create a restore point manually. Restoring won’t affect your personal files, but it will remove apps, drivers, and updates installed after the restore point was made. To go back to a restore point: Use System Restore
