根據俄羅斯聯邦否稅碼的 146-FZ 年 7 月 31，1998 年 （2013 年 12 月 3，從更新），擁有個別的部門的公司中的文件 288 利潤稅必須比例為計算每個部門。員工 （或 wage 基金） 在每個個別的部門中的平均的數字作為利潤稅比例計算的準則。若要符合的需求實作下列變更︰
