安裝 Microsoft Exchange Server 2019、2016 或 2013 的 2023 年 1 月或 2023 年 2 月安全性更新之後，且已啟用PowerShell 序列化承載憑證簽署，Exchange 工具箱和佇列檢視器不會啟動。

此外，您會收到System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException錯誤訊息和下列 Unhandled Exception錯誤訊息：

• Unhandled Exception in Managed Code Snap-in

• Deserialization fails due to one SerializationException: System.Runtime.Serialization.SerializationException: The input stream is not a valid binary format. The starting contents (in bytes) are: 23-73-69-67-23-72-2A-00-00-00-01-00-00-00-FF-FF-FF ... 

• at System.Runtime.Serialization.Formatters.Binary.SerializationHeaderRecord.Read(__BinaryParser input)

• Exception type: System.InvalidCastException

原因

如果已開啟 PowerShell 序列化承載的憑證簽署功能，受管理的程式碼嵌入式管理不會取消執行 PowerShell 物件。

解決方案  

此問題已在 Exchange Server 的 2023 年 3 月安全性更新中修正。 請依照下列步驟執行：

1. 安裝 2023 年 3 月安全性更新。
