解決 System.Threading.Timer 中的問題：單一全域佇列受到單一程式鎖定保護，導致在多 CPU 電腦上常用計時器的擴充性問題。您可以使用 AppCoNtext 切換來選擇修正程式：

切換名稱：Switch.System.Threading.UseNetCoreTimer
切換值以啟用： true
