Symptoms
You cannot create or update an inbox rule that specifies the NoResponseNecessary value for the FlaggedForAction property, or the ExceptIfFlaggedForAction propertyby using Exchange Web Services (EWS) in a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 environment.
Cause
This issue occurs because the NoResponseNecessary value is misspelled in Exchange Server 2010.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, install the following update rollup:
2529939 Description of Update Rollup 3 for Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 1
