症狀
在Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 或 Exchange Server 2016 混合環境中，您可以使用 Exchange 系統管理中心 (EAC) 將使用者新增至通訊群組。 此外，移至通訊群組固有的其他索引標籤。 不過，如果需要新增的使用者是遠端共用信箱，則該信箱甚至在要新增的選擇器中不可用。 從 Exchange 管理命令介面 (EMS) 執行時，同樣能運作正常。
解決方式
若要解決這個問題，請安裝下列更新之一：
針對 Exchange Server 2019，請安裝 Exchange Server 2019 的累積 更新 5 或 Exchange Server 2019 的 較新累積更新 。針對 Exchange Server 2016，請安裝適用於 Exchange Server 2016 的 累積更新 16 或適用於 Exchange Server 2016 的較新累積更新 。
