狀況

在網際網路資訊服務 (IIS) 7.0 伺服器上，您可能會看到一或多個下列的徵狀。在系統事件日誌中，您可能會看到事件識別碼 2297，從來源 Microsoft-Windows-IIS-W3SVC-WP 和來源的事件識別碼 5172 的一個或多個 Microsoft Windows 程式，如下所示。

訊息 2此外，用戶端要求可能會收到回應，狀態碼為 503 「服務無法使用」。您可能會看到項目，在 HTTP 錯誤記錄檔，其狀態是"AppOffline"。

執行 IISRESET 可讓您一次服務要求的網站。

原因

之所以發生這個問題，是因為組態系統會讀取 applicationHost.config 檔案，而不用鎖定它。如果 IIS 組態檔正在寫入正在讀取設定 Windows 啟動服務 (WAS) 時，則組態可能不一致。

下列因素可能會使較可能發生這個問題：

大（多個 mb 大小）的 applicationHost.config 檔案。
經常更新，以便設定（透過直接修改 applicationHost.config 檔案，或是透過其中一項 IIS 組態系統 (ABO，MWA，WMI 中) 的程式設計介面。

解決方案

Hotfix 資訊

支援的 hotfix 可從 Microsoft 取得。不過，此 Hotfix 僅用於修正本文中所述的問題。此 hotfix 只適用於發生本文所述之問題的系統。此 hotfix 可能會接受其他測試。因此，如果此問題的影響不會很嚴重，我們建議您等候含此 hotfix 的下一版軟體更新。
