改善與修正
此更新提供稽核與控制管理 (ACM) Server 在加密的 Microsoft Excel 檔中追蹤修訂的能力，如果下列條件為 True：

組織必須設定桌上型電腦，才能使用 Office 2013 DocRecrypt 工具。 瞭解 如何使用 DocRecrypt 工具在 Office 2013 中移除或重設密碼。

ACM Server 對於密碼加密檔案的支援僅限 Office 2013 DocRecrypt 工具支援的檔案類型。 如需詳細資訊，請參閱 DocRecrypt 的相關檔。

Office 2013 DocRecrypt 必須適當地在適用的 ACM Server () 上進行設定。您必須將適當的 escrow 金鑰新增至憑證存放區，服務帳戶才能使用 DocRecrypt 工具解密必要的檔案。 此更新不會設定 DocRecrypt 工具。 因此，您必須一起下載並安裝此更新，此功能才能正常運作。

您應該確認 DocRecrypt 可以由 ACM Server 服務帳戶透過命令列執行，以解密伺服器上的 Excel 活頁簿。 如果失敗，ACM Server 將無法追蹤加密檔案中的變更。

在未使用指定公開金鑰的情況下加密的任何檔案，若啟用 DocRecrypt 解密檔案，則不受支援。

仔細檢閱並瞭解保護私密金鑰安全的需求，如 DocRecrypt 線上技術檔中所述。

如果貴組織已將新的金鑰配對用於加密/解密檔案，ACM Server 將需要任何先前的私人金鑰來解密及處理舊版的追蹤 Excel 活頁簿。 這是因為 ACM Server 必須能夠比較檔案的舊版和目前版本，才能偵測檔案中發生的變更。
注意：追蹤儲存在檔案共用上的加密檔案的變更時，ACM 伺服器可能無法判斷變更檔案之使用者的身分識別，或檔案的精確修改時間。 這是因為此資訊可能不會在解密程式期間保留。 為了獲得最佳結果，建議您將重要的試算表儲存在 SharePoint 文件庫中。
