RESOLUTIONTo work around this issue, you must manually start the WAS and the World Wide Web Publishing Service after you install the .NET Framework 3.5 on a Windows Vista-based computer. STATUS Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
