FIX: Error "0xc00e0003" is returned when you send messages between instances of Message QueuingArticle ID: 976438 - View products that this article applies to. On This PageSYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario:
CAUSEThis problem occurs because the IP address for the clustered instance of Message Queuing is treated as a local resource. This causes Message Queuing to recognize the clustered instance as a local instance. Therefore, Message Queuing cannot deliver messages successfully because it cannot differentiate between the clustered instance and the local instance. RESOLUTIONFor Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2, the hotfix that resolves this problem is included in Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1: 976932

After you apply this hotfix, one Message Queuing instance can be differentiated from another Message Queuing instance when these instances are running on the same computer.
