OLEXP: Message Saved to Drafts Folder Automatically Wraps Text
Article ID: 191573 - View products that this article applies to.
This article was previously published under Q191573
When you save a message or article you are composing to the Drafts folder, the text is automatically wrapped, resulting in a blank space between each line. This format is retained when you later edit the message or article.
To prevent this problem from occurring, press SHIFT+ENTER after each line. This moves the next line of text directly below the line preceding it, without adding a space between the two lines.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Outlook Express 4.0.
