This option allows you to use Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine your installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. Contacts are listed in the Address Book in "Firstname, Lastname" order by
default. You set this order in the properties of the Outlook Address book.

To change the File As order to Lastname, Firstname modify the properties
of the Outlook Address Book (OAB) service. If the OAB is not installed
follow the steps immediately below, otherwise continue to the next section
titled "To Sort Based on the File As Field."
