Dynamic HTML removes programmer limitations on access to the Web document. Dynamic HTML in Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and later empowers developers with the following features:

Client/server Web pages
Multimedia and animation effects

Microsoft FrontPage 2000 uses the Dynamic HTML object model in Internet Explorer 4.x and later. You can create text animations, cascading style sheets, and collapsible outlines.
