"A general error occurred. The error returned was: Access is denied. (80070005)" returned after connecting to Management Server using Opalis Integration Server Client

The following error message is returned after successfully connecting to the Opalis Integration Server Management Server using the Opalis Integration Server Client.
"A general error occurred. The error returned was: Access is denied. (80070005)"
The user account that launched the Opalis Integration Server Client does not have the Read permission to the Policies folder which is the default node selected in the navigation pane after successfully connecting to the Management Server.
Launch the Opalis Integration Server Client using a user account that has the Modify Permissions permission to the Policies folder and grant the desired user at least the Read permission.
