Office, or when you run the Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar directly from the Microsoft Office Tools menu, an earlier version of the Office Shortcut Bar appears
instead of the Microsoft Office 2000 Shortcut Bar. CAUSE This problem occurs when you install Microsoft Office 2000
and keep your earlier version of Office, including the earlier version of the
Office Shortcut Bar. The later version of the Office Shortcut Bar does not
install a shortcut on the Startup menu. RESOLUTION To run the Microsoft Office 2000 Shortcut Bar automatically
when Windows starts, follow these steps:
