SUMMARY

When you run Winnt32.exe to upgrade your operating system to Windows 2000 and you select any accessibility options, the options to choose your installation folder and installation partition are ignored. Setup defaults to using the Winnt folder on the primary partition.

MORE INFORMATION

When you select accessibility options, Setup assumes that you are visually impaired and hard of hearing. All other options are ignored and an unattended installation takes over. There are no provisions to control the folder in which Windows 2000 is installed.
