Prodigy Internet Service Does Not Install on ICS Client

SYMPTOMS

You are not able to install the Prodigy Internet Service program on an Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) client computer.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because Prodigy uses a standard Dial-Up Networking connection, so the ICS client cannot share the connection with the ICS server.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, configure Internet Explorer to use a Local Area Network (LAN) connection and to use the following Home page:
http://prodigy.excite.com (http://prodigy.excite.com)
