After you install JuniorNet on your computer, you may receive the following error message when you try to create a web on a Web server on your local computer:
The server sent a response which FrontPage could not parse. If you are trying to connect to a FrontPage Server, check with the server's administrator to make sure the FrontPage Server Extensions are installed properly.
The folder 'http://localhost' isn't accessible. The folder may be located on an unavailable volume or protected with a password. For details see C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\wecerr.txt. If you examine the wecerr.txt file, you see the same error message as when you try to create a new web. CAUSE
JuniorNet installs a client-side firewall to prevent Internet access. This firewall effectively stops requests from properly routing to the application.

To use the Web server on your computer, you can disable the firewall. WARNING: By disabling the firewall, anyone, including the intended users of JuniorNet (ages 3 through 12), will be able to freely access the Internet by using a Web browser.
