XADM: ADC Service Account Requirements

SUMMARY

The account that is specified as the Active Directory Connector (ADC) service account must have Local Administrator permissions and the built-in Domain Administrator permissions. The account or the group that you designate as the ADC service account has full control permissions in the Exchange organization.
