Disk Management Snap-In Crashes If You Delete Fault-Tolerant Volume While It Is Still Building

If you attempt to delete a fault-tolerant volume in the Disk Management snap-in while the volume is still building, the Disk Management snap-in may close unexpectedly (crash) or stop responding (hang).

To work around this behavior, restart the Disk Management snap-in. The volume remains intact with no loss of data.
