. SUMMARY When you use Microsoft Outlook, you can save a calendar as a Web page
so that you can share it with others. For example, you can post a calendar with
important project dates as a Web page on your company intranet. You can also
post your soccer team's game schedule as a Web page on your personal Web site.
You can then refer others to the calendar if you give them the Uniform Resource
Locator (URL). MORE INFORMATION When you save a calendar as a Web page, you can specify the
start date and the end date, include appointment details that are entered in
the text section of the appointment, and add a background color or image.
