When you are following the instructions for the Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) troubleshooter in Windows Millennium Edition (Me) to open the Icslog.txt file, you receive the following message:
Windows cannot find 'c:\icslog.txt'. You may have typed the name incorrectly in the Run dialog, or another open program cannot find a system file. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search.
My Internet Connection Sharing client or host computer dials out without notifying me
CAUSE
The Icslog.txt file resides in the drive and directory that Windows is installed in, normally C:\Windows.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, use one of the following methods:
