SYMPTOMS

When you try to install the Logitech QuickCam version 5.0, 5.1 or 5.2 program, you may receive the following error message:

The following files cannot be found:

KSCLOCKF.AX, KSDATA.AX, KSINTERF.AX, KSVPINTF.AX

CAUSE

This issue occurs because these files are not included with Windows Millennium Edition (Me).

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, you can skip these files, and finish the installation. The Logitech QuickCam program can still function properly on your Windows Millennium Edition-based computer.
