SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to copy files and folders for the second time into a compressed folder, you may receive the following error message:
Unable to move or copy folder. This folder contains a folder named <folder name>. Rename the folder <folder name> to a unique name and then perform the operation again.

CAUSE

This problem can occur because the files that you copy again are treated like folders and not files.

RESOLUTION

To work around this behavior, click Yes to All to overwrite existing files.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

MORE INFORMATION

When you click Yes to All, the files are overwritten and copied to the compressed folder. Functionality of the compressed folder is not changed and the folder is available.
