When ForceUnlockLogon is enabled on any Windows 2000 client, the message that you receive when you type the wrong password or when the account is finally locked out is incorrect. When this occurs, you may receive the following message that indicates that the computer has been locked instead of a message that indicates that you typed the wrong password or that the account is locked:
This computer is locked. Only DOMAIN\domain name or an administrator can unlock this computer.
