After you upgrade a Gateway Profile 3 computer from Windows Millennium Edition (Me) to Windows XP, Windows XP may not retain the original mapping of two keys on the Gateway enhanced keyboard.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you are using the Universal Serial Bus (USB) keyboard Windows Driver Model (WDM) filter driver Sk9910uf.sys version 1.0.2.0 by Silitek Corporation.
