Explorer.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience. App Name App Version Module Name Module Version Offset ---------------------------------------------------------------- Explorer.exe 6.0.2600.0 Ftapp.dll 1.0.0.1 000059be CAUSE Ftapp.dll is an advertising and user-monitoring Trojan
file. It might track your Web browsing activity or display advertisements, or
both. WORKAROUND No uninstall program (Uninst.exe) is included with
Ftapp.dll. You receive an error message if you try to remove Ftapp.dll by using
the Add or Remove Programs tool in Control Panel, and Ftapp.dll is not removed.
To remove it, use either of the following methods. Method 1Use a "freeware" detector (such as Ad-aware). You can download Ad-aware from the following Cnet Web site:http://download.com.com/3000-8022-10214379.html?tag=lst-0-4

After you install Ad-aware, install the updated Ad-aware
signature file (Reflist.zip) from the following Lavasoft Web site: http://www.lavasoft.de/

This updates the Reflist.sig file that is included with Ad-aware.
You can then scan for and clean this Trojan from your computer.
