"STOP:0xD1" Error Message When You Start Your Windows XP-Based Computer

SYMPTOMS

When you start your computer, you may receive the following error message:
STOP:0xD1 (DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL)

CAUSE

This behavior occurs if more then one Mylex RAID controller that is supported by the Dac2w2k.sys driver is installed on the computer. This error could appear either during or after the operating system installation.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, contact Mylex Corporation for an updated driver (Dac2w2k.sys) that resolves this behavior.
