SYMPTOMS

When you are using ACDSee by ACD Systems, you may receive the following error message:
Acdsee.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you view the data that the error report contains, the following error signature information is listed:

CAUSE

This error message is caused by a known issue with this version of ACDSee and Windows XP.
