A custom installation that is created by using the Server Appliance Kit
and Sysprep.exe may not work correctly. After you run Sysprep.exe, an "Account Unknown" error message may be generated during logon.
CAUSE
This problem may occur if Sysprep.exe does not correctly create the SID
for the Server Managers group.
