Createsw.exe Causes an Error Message in Windows XP

SYMPTOMS

When you try to connect to the Internet, you may receive the following error message:
createsw.exe has encountered a problem and must be closed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If the error message is still displayed and you want to see the data that the error report contains, click the click here link at the bottom of the message box. You then see error signature information that may be similar to the following:
   App name      App version  Module name  Module version  Offset
   ----------------------------------------------------------------
   createsw.exe  0.0.0.0      unknown      0.0.0.0         00006b6e     
				

CAUSE

This issue may occur if the Createsw.exe Trojan is running on your computer. Createsw.exe is a user-monitoring Trojan file that may insert Web pages on to your computer.

RESOLUTION
